Before founding Rose & Oak, my career spanned roles that demanded responsibility, empathy, and clear decision-making under pressure. Those years taught me how to listen properly, explain complex ideas simply, and guide people through moments that genuinely matter. 

Over the past three years, I've built up a strong portfolio of dedicated loan-writing experience supported by AFC, a multi-award-winning company with more than 20 years of exclusive mortgage expertise.

I’ve seen first-hand how overwhelming major decisions can feel when time is limited and clarity is lacking. That perspective shapes how I work each day. I take a calm, considered approach, focusing on understanding each client’s situation before offering solutions that are thoughtful, practical, and built for the long term.

At the heart of my work is a partnership earned through consistency, patience, and doing things properly - not through urgency or sales tactics. My role is to shoulder the complexity, advocate for my clients, and ensure they move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
